1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Lipi Kids subscription at any time through your app store:

For Android (Google Play):

Go to Google Play > Subscriptions and select Lipi Kids.

For iOS (Apple App Store):

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and choose Lipi Kids.

Canceling a subscription will prevent future billing but will not refund the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law. However, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If a parent or guardian accidentally made a purchase without realizing it.
  • If the purchase was made without proper parental authentication or consent.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent access to purchased content and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your purchase was made via an app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), please request a refund directly through the respective platform:

If you made a purchase through our website (if applicable), please email us at support@lipi.game with the following:

  • Email used for purchase
  • Transaction receipt or order number
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Time already spent using the app
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • One-time purchases already consumed in-app (e.g., coins, boosts, or rewards)

5. Unauthorized Charges

If you notice an unauthorized charge, please:

  • Check if it was made by a child using your device or account.
  • Use parental controls and purchase authentication settings to prevent future issues.
  • Contact our support team immediately if you believe your account was compromised.
