Thank you for choosing Lipi Kids! While our app is primarily digital, we may offer physical products or merchandise such as activity kits, reward items, or learning material as part of special promotions or subscriptions.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping timelines, and related queries.

  • All physical product orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote/Rural Locations: 7–14 business days
  • International Shipping: Currently not supported (unless otherwise stated)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for most orders within India, unless stated otherwise.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order via our shipping partner's website using the provided tracking number.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or your package is missing any contents:

  • Email us at support@lipi.game within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product/package, and a brief description.
  • We'll evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
